Our Company

Fire & Flood Recovery was birthed in spring 2003 by Steve Spence with a team of
3 other trained professionals in smoke, fire and water restoration services.  Our growth has been phenomenal as we have earned a reputation for being the best in our business in North-Central Indiana.

We consider helpful, friendly customer service and superior finished, quality of your home or business restoration our two highest priorities.

We now have over a dozen service vehicles and about 30 trained employees on our staff.  Some of our staff has over 10-20 years experience in their field, including electrical, dry walling, painting, roofing, water and fire damage restoration, and a variety of other construction and cleaning trades.  Several have received certifications in courses such as "Water Damage Restoration" and "Applied Microbial Remediation".  We are members in good standing with the Better Business Bureau and the Kokomo/Howard County Chamber of Commerce.  A listing of recent references of our work is available on this website.
