Steve Spence - Owner
Steve has 20 years experience in insurance, construction and customer service.  Steve holds a BS degree in finance from Texas Tech University.  His 15 years in the insurance business as an agent & adjuster proved there was  a need for qualified restoration contractors.  FFR was developed to provide a needed service to agents, adjusters & home owners.  Steve has lived in Kokomo for 8 years with his wife Debbie, 3 boys and twin girls.

John Krogstie - Customer Service / Estimator
John has over 20 years experience in retail customer service and 20 years of construction work.  John holds an Associate Degree from Vincennes University in residential construction.  John lives in Tipton with his wife and 2 sons.

Tim Cowin - Cleaning Manager
Tim lives with his family in Tipton County.  Tim has over 20 years of professional cleaning experience, specializing in smoke and water restoration.  Tim is a certified W.R.T.

Barney Shayne - Operations Manager
Barney lives in Kokomo with his wife & two sons.  Barney has 30 years experience in supervisory, financial and administrative management.  Barney attended Miami University & Indiana University of Kokomo for supervisory Management & Business Administration.  Barney held past ownership in a new home construction business and restaurant business.

Rick Blythe - Construction Manger
Rick worked in construction services and fire and water restoration for over 10 years.  Tim has special expertise in upholstery, flooring and finish work.  Tim lives in Peru with his wife and son who also works at FFR.

Brian Sanders - Emergency Services Tech.
Brian was born and raised in Kokomo.  Brian attended Indiana University of Kokomo and is a Certified W.R.T. Brian has 10 years of construction, contracting and customer service experience.  "I'm Here to Help People."

Laurie Lechner - Office Manager
Laurie, with her husband and 2 children, is a longtime resident of Howard County.  Laurie is experienced in business and office operations, secretarial and administration.  Laurie is a member of Kokomo Christian Fellowship.

Wendy Liali - Interior Designer
Wendy graduated from Kokomo High School. She will attend Century College starting Fall of 2008 to pursue her A.S Degree in Kitchen & Bath Design. She is a yearly participant of the Kokomo Designer Showhome. In 2007 she placed 1st for the Designers Choice reward and placed 3rd for the Peoples Choice award in 2007. She Resides with her husband Tony and thier 2 children. Wendy enjoys reading, decorating, and animals.

Scott Richter - Customer Service Rep./Estimator
Scott Graduated from Twin Lakes High School, Monticello, IN
and attended Ball State University. He has 2 Years remodeling experience and 10 Years Engineering experience for Automotive and Appliance. He spent 8 years in manufacturing as a machine setup leader. He enjoys spending time wit his famliy, golfing and rooting for the Colts.

Rick Norwood - Marketing Director
Rick Graduated from Jefferson High School, Lafayette, IN and UNLV with an Associates in Business. He has 8 years as Marketing within the industry expect to make FFR a life-long employment choice. He resides with his wife Paula of 19 years and has 2 children and 4 grandchildren. Rick grew up in Lafayette, IN and now reside in Monticello, IN. His passions include hunting and fishing. "I love to help people."

Curtis Copeland - Construction Manager
Curtis ranked top 3% of graduating class.  His college courses included Computer Systems, design and drafting. He holds 25 years experience in management and steel fabrication and 20 years building trades and home building and all phases of remodeling. He resides with his Wife of 26 years his 4 children and has 1 grandchild. He enjoys golfing, fishing and flying general aviation.

Derek Stone - Water Tech
Derek holds a wide range of industry certifications including IICRC certification and industry specific training. He has 6 years experience in all facets of the disaster restoration industry specializing in mold remediation and water mitigation. Derek lives in Kokomo with his wife and many children.
